THE ex-Miss California model who called the cops on Chris Brown has been accused of giving “fabricated” stories to police.
Earlier this week the singer’s house was surrounded after she called the police claiming her assaulted her with a deadly weapon in an incident on Tuesday.
The star’s lawyer Mark Gergos claimed the evidence contradicts the accusations by glamour model Baylee Curran.
He told the Los Angeles Times: “It has become apparent that the allegations are not just false but fabricated.”
Gergos said: “There was no gun, or guns, found in that house whatsoever. There were no drugs that I’m aware of that were found in that house.”
He added that the “standoff” with police outside Brown’s home was blown out of proportion.

“People have portrayed what happened with my client Chris Brown as a standoff with LAPD.
“First of all, I’d like to debunk that: This was not a ‘standoff,'” the solicitor told Rolling Stone.
He said he had recommended that Brown demand police produce a search warrant before entering his home.
He added: “Given his history, I think that was the prudent thing to do.”
Curran called police on Tuesday alleging that the singer pointed a gun at her face.
Curran said the encounter involved a diamond cross necklace, which was not found at the property either.
Brown has not yet ben charged but is scheduled to be arraigned on September 20.
